Lovely medium gold color in the glass, the 2019 Fond Marin Chardonnay begins with ripe red apple, fresh yellow peach, and dried apricot tones and moves to secondary characteristics of dried sage, blanched almond, and just a touch of white mushroom. A full body, medium-plus levels of acidity, and a rounded, lengthy finish are all present.
