WHITE ROSE White Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘The Convivial Feast’ 2021

More and more, we are seeing great winemakers produce a white Pinot Noir in Oregon to compliment their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir programs. This medium to full-bodied wine brings high acidity levels and notes of honeysuckle, honey-coated pear, raspberry essence, and blanched almond on the nose. The palate has additional flavors of fresh bartlett pear and dried thyme, with a sweet finish.
