CHEHALEM Rosé, Willamette Valley 2021

A different approach to a Rosé than the Stoller, this one is aged on the lees for 2 months - 20% in neutral oak, 8% in a concrete tank, and 82% in stainless steel. More complex notes of gooseberry, watermelon rind, toasted almond, red candied cherry, and ripe yellow peach abound. It delivers luscious acidity and a smooch of dried herbs on the finish. 2860 cases produced.
