The 2021 Rosé from Big Table Farm uses 100% whole cluster, plenty of skin contact, undergoes full malolactic fermentation, and is completely dry. Sweet and seamless on the palate, the focus is on the rich flavors of juicy watermelon, red raspberry essence, white chocolate, dried thyme, and white peach skin. The round and lush body give way to a fruity and dried bitter herb finish on the back palate. 450 cases produced.
