This scrumptious Rosé of Pinot Noir rests for 5 months on the lees, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in neutral oak. 12 hours on the skins produce the eye-catching color of light salmon pink you witness in the glass. Notes of fresh ripe apricot, strawberry essence, lemony herbs, and tangerine orange peel form the nose and the palate. Medium levels of acidity make for a rounded and more lush style of Rosé, but one that could surprisingly age for years to come. 1800 cases produced.
