SOTER White Wine, Willamette Valley ‘Silver Lining’ 2021

A unique blend of 20% Madeline Sylvaner, 15% Madeline Angevine, 26% Siegerrebe, 25% Gruner, with the rest being Gewurztraminer and Auxerrois that I have never experienced before, especially coming from the Willamette Valley. It’s barrel aged on the lees for 7 months before it’s moved to stainless tanks for 2 months. Starting off very floral and fragrant on the nose with aromas of white potpourri, fresh wildflower petal, orange blossom, lemon pith, and wet stony minerality while the palate is a touch oily. It retains lovely acidity throughout and you are treated with a lingering fresh lemon curd and floral finish. 585 cases produced.
