SOTER Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Estates’ 2019

Vivid ruby red in the glass, this finely detailed Pinot Noir features lovely black cherry, blood orange pitch, cedary herbs, and fresh pine nut aromas on the expansive nose. Juicy red and black fruit combined with toasted anise and sweet spice showcase a lovely undercurrent of earthy minerality. It’s concentrated and lively in character featuring crunch sweet tannins, racy acidity, and a medium to full body while furnishing with a savory and spice-driven note.
