DAY WINES Pinot Noir, McMinnville ‘Momtazi Vineyard’ 2018

The Momtazi Pinot Noir from Day Wines is aged for about 22 months in just 10% new French oak, with the rest being neutral, this bold, rich, and sassy Pinot Noir from Day boasts flavors and aromas of black cherry liqueur, black raspberry, dusty country road, dried mountain sage, a touch of iodine, and some lovely pine forest breeze characteristics. Medium acidity and rounded tannins meet a full-oily body and an earthy, dark-fruit-driven finish.
