Hints of petrol, lime curd, white clay, white mushroom, and honeysuckle jump from the glass. It’s off-dry to sweet with only 11% alcohol but carries enough acidity to cut through the sweetness. Delivering a beautiful mushroomy and earthy finish, I paired this with a spicy Thai curry, and it was fantastic. Enjoy this one over the next 1-2 decades with proper cellaring. Just 96 cases made.
