The Pashey Estates Cuvée is a yummy Oregon Sparkling Wine that is a delicious blend of 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Made in small quantities with only 243 cases produced, it boasts aromas of lime juice, yellow apple, honey, and white flowers on the nose. On the palate, flavors of wet clay, crushed stone minerality, under-ripe apricot, and brioche are well-balanced and make for a complex and satisfying experience. The medium mousse and high acidity give the wine a lively and refreshing feel on the palate.
