DOMAINE SERENE Pinot Noir 'Yamhill Cuvée' 2012

This wine saw 12 months in French oak (46% new) prior to bottling. The resultant wine is open and is drinking beautifully now. Aromas reminiscent of cedar, cinnamon, mushroom and cran-raspberry. The mouthfeel is polished, with nice weight from this exceptional vintage. There are flavors of dill, red cherry, cran-pomegranate, red currant and orange peel. Drink this forward style wine until 2022. (Best 2015-2022) - September, 2015 (OB)
