BIG TABLE FARM Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton 2013

This is a new bottling from Big Table Farms. Comprised of 75% Pommard and 25% Wädenswil clones from the tiny, 7-acre, Coats and Whitney Vineyard. The Pinot has aromatics of crimini mushroom, dill and forest floor alongside red currant. There are flavors of cranberry, orange rind, red cherry and red raspberry. Overall, this is a forward, yet extremely appealing wine. (Best 2016-2025) - January, 2016 (OB)
