ST. INNOCENT Pinot Noir, Zenith Vineyard 2013

This bottling follows the impressive lineup from St. Innoncent. The Zenith vineyard, partly owned by St. Innocent, is located roughly 8 miles northwest of Salem in the Eola-Amity Hills region. Of the 80 acres planted acres, 13.5 acres of Pinot is reserved for St. Innocent's production. This brilliant bottling begins with aromas of forest floor, black cherry, black truffle oil, and cedar shavings. Nuanced and gorgeous palate with flavors of cran-pomegranate, orange rind, black raspberry and black truffle. Layered and delicious effort that will develop over the next decade.
