This Gris was aged 4 months sur lie before bottling and represents a great value in Oregon whites. The Pinot Gris begins with aromas of cantaloupe, Gala apple and poached pear. Flavors of red delicious apple, papaya and cantaloupe burst on the palate, with hints of Key lime. This is an expressive bottling that captures the ripeness of the vintage.(Best 2016-2022) - February, 2016 (OB)
