The 2013 Domaine Serene 'Côte Sud' Chardonnay is a stunning wine that captures the brightness of the warmer growing season. This bottling was sourced from a rather steep and south facing slope of the Evenstad Estate. The Chardonnay begins with aromas of Meyer lemon oil, white peach pit, Fuji apple and hints of orange blossom. There are intense flavors of Gala apple, pink grapefruit and fresh cut Meyer lemon with a long and lingering 30 plus second cream finish. Seamless wine that glides through the tongue.
