DOMAINE SERENE Pinot Noir, Côte Sud Vineyard 2012

This wine was aged 15 months in 64% new French oak prior to bottling. After an hour in the decanter there are aromas of red cherry, red raspberry and pomegranate seed. There are medium weight flavors of red raspberry, red cherry, pomegranate and orange peel. Absolutely delicious and open style bottling. (Best 2016-2024) - February, 2016 (OB)
