LACHINI Pinot Noir 'The Grape Republic' 2014

The 2014 Lachini 'The Grape Republic' is a fantasic wine that showcases the wonderful characteristics from this warm vintage in Oregon. This Pinot Noir wine begins with bright aromatics of pomegranate seed, red cherry, dill, and cranberry with orange rind. This leads to rich flavors reminiscent of red cherry, cranberry, teaberry and hints of pomegranate seed. This is forward style Pinot that shows nice poise, and the wine should also cellar nicely for a few years. (Best 2017-2024) - January, 2017 (OB)
