The 2015 Grenache blanc underwent 100% whole cluster pressing and 4.5 months of neutral barrel fermentation prior to bottling. This appealing wine starts with aromas of wet rock, Pazzaz apple and cantaloupe. There are flavors of green apple, lemon zest, Key lime and kumquat that mark the finish.
