TORI MOR Pinot Noir, Olson Estate Vineyard 2014

The Olson Estate Vineyard is Torii Mor’s estate vineyard, located in the Dundee Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley. The vineyard is planted with Pommard, Upright, Wadenswil, Dijon 667, and the Coury selection Pinot Noir clones. The vineyard was first planted in 1972, as it is one of the oldest vineyards in the valley. This wine begins with aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, sage, black truffle and suggestions of orange rind. There are ripe flavors of cherry cough syrup, blood orange, wild blackberry and forest floor. There is wonderful structure and red fruits at play. (Best 2017-2027) - March, 2017 (OB)
