CHILD'S PLAY 'Pinot Chardonnay' 2016

This interesting, slightly pink-hued wine is a blend of 70% Chardonnay with 30% Pinot Noir. The wine begins with aromatics of white peach, grapefruit blossom and a hint of orange rind. The palate is smooth, refined and refreshing yeilding ripe flavors of cantaloupe, white grape, nectarine and a touch of strawberry. Refreshing and lithe, this has wonderful mid-palate weight. This is another tremendous offering by winemaker Tony Rynders. (Best 2017-2021) - April, 2017 (OB)
