The 2015 is an outstanding Chardonnay which possesses an exceedingly rich mouthfeel, as you are immediately taken in by the gorgeous plush texture. Lemon oil, cantaloupe, vanilla cream and brioche aromatics all take shape in the glass. The palate yields concentrated flavors of lemon oil, Gravenstein apple, pink grapefruit and nutmeg with traces of sourdough bread. The long finish lingers as does the mouthwatering acidity.
