FULLERTON Pinot Noir, Fir Crest Vineyard 2015

Sourced from Pommard and Dijon 115 clones, this wine comes from a vineyard set on Willakenzie soils. The bouquet is reminiscent of black truffle, Chinese black tea, teaberry and peat moss. There are ripe flavors of loganberry jam, guava purée, stewed strawberry and baking spices. This is lithe, rich and fruit driven wine that shows lovely poise in this warm vintage. The silky mouthfeel and smooth texture bring you back to the glass for more. (Best 2017-2028) - July, 2017 (OB)
