The 2015 'Willamette Valley' Chardonnay by Saffron Fields is a wonderful wine made by Tony Rynders. This begins with aromatics of brioche, Pink Lady apple and ripe pears. Nicely balanced, this continues to impress with its tree fruit flavors that connect with wild mushroom and a nice astringency that yields lively finish. (Best 2017-2022) - October, 2017 (OB)
