The 2015 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is a rather deep hued wine which begins with profound aromas of rose petals, black forest cake and black truffle oil. The combination of weight and tension is simply lovely, as it brings together dark fruits and earthy flavors. Downright delicious now, this wine will cellar well over the next decade.
