Showing a deep core, the 2015 Old Vine Zinfandel starts with aromatics reminiscent of prune, blueberry syrup and bramble nuances. Rich and wonderfully poised, the wine shows black tea, blackberry cobbler and milk chocolate flavors with lively acidity. This is a gorgeous wine by Seghesio that will continue to drink well with some additional bottle age.
