The Narrows Vineyard is located in a mountainous region in the north end of the Anderson Valley. The 2015 Pinot Noir begins with bold aromatics reminiscent of wet earth, shiitake mushroom and dark cherry. The texture here is absolutely lovely and soft. Dark cherry, wild blackberry and sweet pipe tobacco flavors connect with lovely tension. Rich and delicious, this is another outstanding new release by Goldeneye.
