The 2017 'Clos Gallia Estate’ Pinot Noir opens with a beautiful bouquet of dark cherry with black tea, tobacco leaf and peat moss tones that fill the nose. The silky texture entices, as does the copious dark fruits that mingle with lighter herbal and earthy undertones on the palate. While delicious in its youth, this should cellar nicely over the next ten to fifteen years.
