I’m impressed with the Elevee 2020 Ridgecrest Riesling that presents a medium lemon core with a silvery rim in the glass. Bountiful aromas of Meyer lemon peel, lime zest, white peach skin, and country herbs pop from the glass, followed up by just a hint of petrol notes. It is just a touch off-dry, but the mouthwatering acidity and lovely texture work perfectly in sync with any sweetness. This one should have the stuff to age wonderfully for a decade or more. Enjoy it with some spicy Thai food.Just 100 cases produced.
