The 2021 Dry Ribbon Ridge Riesling gives notes of white flower petal, crushed citrus, slivered almonds, and apricot skin. Displaying a gorgeous light lemon color in the glass, with a watery rim, it’s bone dry on the palate and finishes with lemony acidity and a lovely mint essence on the mid-palate. 315 cases produced.
