The 2021 Estate Gruner Veltliner is aged for 5 months in neutral French oak, which gives it a rich texture and a full-bodied mouthfeel. Presenting lovely Gruneresque notes of ripe yellow apple, honey-coated pear, candied ginger, and a touch of white peppercorn, it is lush on the palate and finishes with a pepper and baking spice note. 237 cases produced.
