The 2013 Arrowood Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a strong showing from this storied estate. This is a broad-shouldered Cabernet which demonstrates nice aging potential. As this begins to unwind it releases aromatics of crème de cassis, mocha and blackberry cobbler. On the palate there are flavors of crème de cassis, black olive, black cherry with hints of mint and eucalyptus. Forward and rich, with a polished texture making it quite appealing at this juncture.
