A mélange of 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier that is co-fermented and starts a bit shy on the nose but eventually evolves to aspects of blue and black fruit, with additional notes of ground, black pepper, charcuterie, and Spanish olives. It’s medium-bodied, and sports medium levels of acidity and crunchy tannins. 90 cases produced.
