The 2012 ‘Torchiana' is 100% Hyde selection Wente Clone Chardonnay sourced from the Beresini Vineyards. This opens up with gorgeous aromas of freshly sliced green apple, honeysuckle, lemon zest, spices, vanilla blossoms and salty minerals, which all come together beautifully in this layered Chardonnay. This possesses wonderful volume with bright acidity providing nice cut to the rich texture this wine offers.
