The 2017 St. Aubin 1er Cru 'Les Murgers de Dents de Chien' is a fantastic release by Francois Carillon. On the nose this delivers toasty oak that mingles with citrus soaked Challah bread and shades of marzipan that all combine marvelously in the glass. Soft, and generous, with good length once on the mouth, the wine delivers copious orchard and citrus fruits that collide with shades of cinnamon and clove. Fantastic in its youth, this beautiful wine has a decade or more left.
