The 2015 Mastroberardino 'Radici' Taurasi is a lovely showing in this vintage. It begins to impress as it opens to inviting aromas of cherries and blackberries that are woven together with violets, leather, smoke and exotic spices all developing in the glass. The palate is medium to full body, yet possesses a gorgeous elegant mouthfeel with beautifully polished and defined structure that continues through the finish. Overall, this is an outstanding Taurasi that should go on to drink fantastic for years to come.
