The ‘Three Pines’ Cabernet Sauvignon by Stark-Conde is a simply awesome new release wine. This was aged in small French oak barrels before being bottled and leads with lovely anise and red bell pepper tones that collide with shades of creosote and chocolate covered black cherry that all take shape in the glass. The palate has seriously good freshness and length, with a silly texture. Outstanding to enjoy in its youth, the 2017 2017 Stark-Conde ‘Three Pines’ Cabernet Sauvignon will have a long life ahead of it.
