The 2018 Rosé De Pinot Noir from Colin-Morey is sourced from a 55-year old single vineyard 'Lieu-dit' in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. This is a bright, racy rosé, which all about focus and precision. It displays an absolutely gorgeous light salmon-pink color, and immediately opens to aromatics of white peach skin, lemon and hints of raspberries and rose petals that are all underlined by a wonderful mineral character of crushed stones. On this palate this is well-balanced, with a fantastic combination of acidity and minerality that persists through the finish. Overall this is a delightful bottle of Rosé from one of the most respected producers in all of Burgundy.
