The 2018 'Prism' opens to beautiful aromas of peach, lime, melon, jasmine, and petrol, followed by hints of honey blossom, green apple and lychee. On the palate this has laser-like focus which frames the core of ripe, juicy friut as it heads into the mouthwatering finish. While this is absolutely delicious today, it should also contine to drink beautifully over the next 3-4 years.
