On the palate this spectacular Cabernet displays a wonderful combination of power and elegance. The full body is beautifully structured with gorgeous round polished tannins that are well integrated into the wine, resulting in a incredible seamless mouthfeel. This goes on to display a stunning overall balance and focus, with a core of sweet ripe dark berries and sweet exotic spices that expand gracefully through the luxurious finish. Mark Carter and his winemaking team have crafted one of the most compelling wines in this fabulous vintage. The O.G. Cabernet Sauvignon simply has it all, and while it is already brilliant today, it should also go on to offer decades of drinking pleasure ahead.
