The first Rosé coming from the Sparkling Wine program at Domaine Serene, this wine spends 44 months in tirage and aged over four years. A wine that bursts with acidity and will age for several decades, this fantastic sparkler bursts on the nose with aromas of lemon citrus, watermelon, brioche, blanched almonds and a hint of dried field flower petals. The palate is much the same with flavors of crips green apple, fresh red pear, cranberry, roasted hazelnuts, and freshly baked croissant. This wine is layered, interesting, complex and will age for a decade or more.
