The highest elevation Pinot Noir vineyard of Domaine Serene planted to 100% Dijon clones, this gorgeous Pinot Noir is aged 17 months in 55% new French oak barrels. The nose is incredibly unique with aromas of wild blueberry, freshly cut Noble fir, pickled ginger and ground cloves. The palate is just as unique with flavors of huckleberry, small orange “Cuties”, spice cake and baked pie crust. It’s a very full and extracted Pinot Noir that delivers you an enjoyable smack in your face that balances out nicely with a medium plus acid profile.
