The 2018 'Ygnacia' Pinot Noir opens to inviting aromas of black cherries, black raspberries, spices, violets and cola, which are framed by bramble and forest nuances. On the palate this delivers a wonderful textural richness, with a gorgeous soft, round texture. This goes on to impress with its beautiful balanced and concentrated core of red and dark berries that are underlined by mouthwatering acidity which frames the seamless finish. Overall the 'Ygnacia' is simply delicious today and should go on to become even more impressive as it evolves over the course of the next few years.
