The 2018 Chateau Lys De Maisonneuve Montagne-Saint-Émilion delivers lovely aromas and flavors of blackberries and cherries along with peppery spices, dried herbs. On the palate this is nicely balanced and well structured all the way through the long, chewy finish. This is already offering some early appeal, but should show its best with just some short-term cellaring.
