A fantastic blend of 65% Viognier and 35% Marsanne that is aged in neutral barrels on native yeast. Starting off with a fantastic reductive nose of flint, tangerine peel, grated ginger, and dried pineapple, it’s a joy to experience. It’s richly textured and full-feeling in the mouth and has a lovely balance of fruit and acid, and delivers yummy flavors of dried apricot, clover honey and wet crushed stone along with medium acidity and a lovely rich finish. I tried it again the second day and loved it even more. Highly recommended.
