The 2019 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Jean Hoefiger and it is downright seductive. This purts open with seductive aromas of ripe black cherries and blueberry pie which are accented by sweet spices, loam, violets and hints of licorice. This is full-bodied, layered and voluptous, with plush texture that envelops the palate. It displays an incredible depth and concentration with a wonderful sense of freshness through the finish. The 2019 is a hedonistic wine that is nothing short of delicious and already drinking beautifully upon release.
