The 2019 'Les Pommiers Pinot Noir begins with fresh and inviting aromas of black raspberries, plums and wild red berries which are woven together with baking spices, herbs, wet stones and hints of earthy nuances all emerging from the glass. This possesses a lovely medium body, with beautiful round tannins that slide seamlessly across the palate. It displays notable balance and focus through the spice-tinged finish. This is excellent now, but will also go on to have a brilliant future.
