The Red Rock Terrace Cabernet Sauvignon is another simply stunning wine from Diamond Creek in this vintage. It immediately impresses as it bursts open with incredibly perfumed aromatics of ripe blueberries, currants and cassis, which are woven together with fresh violets, graphite, spices and a lovely earthy mineral character. On the palate this is full-bodied and dense with incredible overall concentration. Displaying wonderful balance, this stunning Cabernet continues to impress with a gorgeous opulent texture that continues to build on the palate as it frames the remarkably pure, dark fruit profile. The 2019 is an absolutely sensational wine that is already already offering a ton of early appeal, yet it should also cruise in the cellar for at least two decades.
