The 2019 Sage Ridge Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent. This seductive Cabernet instantly begins to impress with profound aromas of dark currants and black cherries which are laced with dark espresso, flowers, loam and hints of roasted herbs all bursting from the glass. This boasts a wonderful full body that is backed by rich velvety tannins and a gorgeous opulent texture. It continues to display outstanding depth and concentration, as bold flavors of dark fruits and espresso continue to expand through the beautifully layered finish. While this is already absolutely fantastic, it also possesses the potential for long term cellaring.
