The 2021 'Les Belles Cotes' Sancerre is once again a lovely showing. This begins with vibrant aromas of white gooseberries, lime, orange zest, white flowers, dried herbs and a wonderful mineral character that all take shape. On the palate this is beautifully textured with bright acidity providing freshness as it heads into the mouth watering finish. While this is excellent now, it should also continue to show exceptionally well with a few years of bottle age.
