The 2019 Kistler Vineyard Chardonnay is the 40th Vintage from their historic property and it is simply stunning. It offers an incredible perfumed nose of lemon curd, lime, honeysuckle, white flowers, and crushed stone, coupled with hints of dried herb, tangerine, lemon oil and sliced almonds. On the palate this has a luscious, creamy texture with excellent balance and intense minerality that builds into the long explosive finish. This is absolutely stunning today and will age gracefully for well over a decade.
